Research on Mental Illness

From researching into both Schizophrenia and Paranoia I have developed a greater awareness of mental illnesses and how badly it can effect people. This has allowed me to plan a more realistic film as my character can be seen to have both of these illnesses. I used elements of Schizophrenia within my dream sequence as he hallucinates himself and begins to panic, this also then links to paranoia as the character is beginning to convince himself that something is there when in reality it is not.
